Odell Medical Search, recently worked with me regarding a medical provider position for a national Oncology group practice. I found them to be extremely pleasant, informative and caring. They displayed deep understanding and appreciation for my needs as well as the needs of the employer we were working with. Their communication skills were a blend of personal and professional attributes resulting in comfortable and sincere ongoing interactions. They appeared to work hard for both parties, desiring only a win/win outcome. They gave the impression and lived by the attitude that the only priority was complete satisfaction between the parties they served as mediator for. I have only good thoughts and comments to make on our interactions and their work that spanned over several months of time. Over the years I have worked with many other professional search personnel who could learn much from Odell’s communication, style and commitment.
