This letter is written, on behalf of one of your recruiters. He and I had the opportunity of working over the course of my recruitment for the position, which I elected to accept with the organization. I personally felt compelled to write this letter on his behalf. Throughout the process, he kept me in tune to what was going on. He actually informed me of the reasons, why I was not being contacted, when the local recruiter was ill. He guided me through the process, and gave suggestions through excellently created handouts on how to go through the process of interviewing. Through his guidance, it was apparent to me how he helped me tremendously to focus and center on my own strengths. I feel he is a great employee and should receive just praise for his unique traits. While, I would like to believe he and I had bonded in some way, and I know he was truly impressed with my references being able to give accurate knowledge in regards to my capabilities; I also believe he does the same fine job for all his recruits, and I just happened to be lucky enough to have him as my recruiter. I have worked in the medical field for 33 years, and by far he is the best recruiter I’ve worked with.
